Dog,

I am looking for facts that support the business proposition. You seem to be looking for religion.

I am not interested in collecting a group of sheep to be my followers.
The way to my heart is through my mind. Do you have any facts to support your position that CPQ has reduced both its operating costs and product margin costs sufficiently to raise its 1.8% overall after tax profit? If not you are proselytizing to the wrong guy.

We will see how this turns out. If CPQ stuffed the channel again then it will show up in its Q1 results. If they put their writeoffs back on the books we will know that too because this quarter is audited.

rudedog - jim's guess was .20, hence my nickname for him - "ol' pair o' dimes." (Opposite of new paradigms.) Get ready for jim to start claiming that CPQ cooked the books after they beat estimates.
