Nuinsco Stays Home - Hits Pay Dirt at Rainy River

TORONTO, ONTARIO--Nuinsco Resources Limited today announced that diamond drilling on the Company's extensive holdings (+65,000 acres of land) in the
Rainy River District, NW Ontario, has increased the gold mining potential on
its Richardson Township properties. Company geologists suspected that a
significant number of high grade gold concentrations were being missed due
to the presence of sets of gold bearing structures that were oriented
parallel or near parallel to the original drill pattern. To test this
hypothesis several diagonal holes were drilled to transect the 17 Zone at
roughly 45 degrees to the strike of the structure as opposed to the
south-north holes that intersected the zone at closer to right angles.
Three diagonal holes, which traversed a significant portion of the strike
length, indicate the weighted average grade of the deposit could be about
0.05 to 0.10 ounces per tonne or more than two to four times the grade than
previously expected.
