Yep, we may fulfill the failed H&S Dow pattern in December which pointed to 8200.

basis the november/jan highs
lower highs in the summation and rsi,
higher highs in the indexes.

Vitas, my summation averages for the NYSE flipped on 1/11/99 and gave the sell on 1/13/99.

The Naz has made a turn now but I do not have a cross yet.

As you know the oscillator gave the sells earlier.

As the indexes have reflected, the Naz has been stuborn about turning.
