ts,

I suggest that each share holder here write their own letter in their own words.

I have already been told long ago that Vivus doesn't really care what price level the stock is manipulated to. they will not give MUSE away because they are being pressured by stock holders and market manipulators. Although I can't stand Wilson I have to agree with the approach. We really have to demonstrate continued patience and allow this whole thing to play itself out. There is nothing more that the market manipulator would love to see than Vivus accept some shitty deal after being pressured by share holders who want to see the stock price back over 20 in a few weeks.

We still need to express our thoughts to Wilson that he needs to address the share holders concerns regarding assurances that he is doing everything possible to secure the best possible long term deal that Vivus is able to obtain.

Those seriously interested in a partnering deal with Vivus are probably partially responsible in keeping the stock price low so that Vivus will feel pressured into accepting a less than fair deal. Wilson needs to have balls and not sign any shitty deal just for some short term stock share appreciation reasons. That's not what this is all about.

IMO Wilson is an idiot for putting himself and everyone else into this predicament but if he doesn't blink things will eventually pan out to our favor.
