To Sherrine, et al:

Read my post, #7084, 1/21/99.

JT suckered no one. Bloomberg and the shorts suckered anyone who believed that a buyin/out was the only option.

Dear Jeff: Unfortunately, this will be extremely ugly for awhile. You are absolutely right. Monday will be a big decline day and while there may be a slight bounce back within a few days thereafter, the stock will hit a lower "low" subsequently. There will be numerous lawsuits. All because of this:

biz.yahoo.com

All the posters who are so generous with their time and take so much time to research and share will stop that activity in a month or so. Then the SI and Yahoo message boards will go quiet.

ABTX will have to undertake much time and effort to build-up credibility. Boy, this will be draining for Dr. Thomas and John Francis. I don't envy them. God forbid that any of them sold stock during December or January.

By the way, for those of us who were so hard on Mr. Evans and Bloomberg, I hope that you're planning on eating crow and have the inner strength to admit his reporting wasn't as bias as initially thought.

Having said all of the above, within the next few months, ABTX will be a great stock to buy and hold for the long haul.

Then ABTX will be dead money for awhile
