Your Post is a work of art StockRanger....very well done.
It gives investors here a lot to chew on until we get word the Companys' going "fully reporting." And I hope that happens in the not too distant future.
Well thought out analysis such as your post is what makes these discussion threads worth mucking thru the other 75-percent which is mostly trash or someone elses' agenda or scamming or pump and dump attempts, on and on and on.
Keep up the good work, looking forward to your future posts when we can get some more financials and Company news to gnaw on.

Chuckr

Stock Ranger, Thanks so much for that explanation of your opinion on GGNC. I really appreciate it. I'm new to the gaming sector and I'm having concerns when I try to read through the hype in the press releases.

I must say that your optimism seems warranted, especially when you quote conservative numbers like P/S of 10 and P/E of 20-30 when other net-boomers are showing unbelievable ratios. This could be a very exciting ride if the reporting status issue is actually resolved.

Thanks again, KD

Stock Ranger, thank you very much for your very thorough analysis on GGNC.

I fully agree with your opinion that the key to GGNC's stock future is the SEC filing and fully reporting.

My question hereto is:

After being an investor of GGNC only for two weeks and reading (almost) all the posts on this thread, I got the impression, that from a management standpoint GGNC is pretty much a One-Man-Show called James Chu.

Yes, I believe that he has 27 plus employees at the operation in the Commonwealth of Dominica and 3-5 people in Vancouver.

However, does he have any managerial staff as i.e. a CFO, Controller or at least a qualified accountant who can give him the required support to get his reporting done?

What accounting firm has he appointed?

I am afraid, if James is putting his focus exclusively on expanding his business, we will have to have quite more patience to see the gains we expect to happen.
