One other good source for realtime option quotes is www.optionsource.com.

For those of you interested in options pricing models and Nasdaq Level II trading, consider ATFinancial software. It costs about $2,000 per year so it is probably inappropriate for casual options traders as well as small lot day traders. However, I have thoroughly enjoyed using it, its real time screen, watching the Level II activity, and using the software to determine whether the options on any given stock, Dell included, are overpriced, underpriced, or fairly valued. The software allows you to change implied volatilities so you can better understand the volatilities at which you are buying or selling option contracts. I can't imagine putting any substantial capital into the market without some tool as this to manage my investment and trading strategies.
