William, I am more than happy to respond in-kind to reasonable discussion. I have no issue with reasonable speculation, either, as long as it is clear speculation is speculation. However, I am inclined to jump in when I see things I feel are unreasonable or a "twisted" interpretation of the truth.

Just to show you my good faith, I will list some positives about the stock.

- Insider buying.
- Potential ground floor opportunity with a new product in a large market.
- The fact that the stock has shown a remarkable ability to maintain a fairly hefty market cap. in light of the financial uncertainty and lack of information provided to the market.

William> I second that motion! While we are waiting for this story to play out I have a thought concerning the " analysts' visit", since it has now been a month and a half with apparently no news leaking out maybe the visit included people other than brokerage house analysts. Earlier I speculated that the tour could have included CC, while I think that is still probable it leaves two or three spots open on the list. I am beginning to think that list just may have included prospective customers who wanted to "analize " the VLNC battery manufacturing process. If they could actually watch a high volume assembly line in action what better marketing tool could Lev employ? If this speculation is correct and they truly were "blown away", then I think a P.O. announcement is going to be made sooner rather than later. duckster
