A little more market data...

LG's sudden drop in DRAM production could affect global supply if it continues for any length of time, according to observers. LG has an estimated 7 percent share of the global DRAM market, producing 15 million 64-Mbit DRAM chips per month.

The 64-Mbit market must be around 2.6 billion chips a year-- RDRAM @ 10% share would be 260 million/year or 21.4 million/month- so I guess we have a ways to go- but we are getting there...50% share would be about 108 million/month...
