Traderdan, as we all know on January the 28th (I think), all the depositions must be presented to the Judge. A good question to be asked is: Will AOL wait for the Judge's decision about the case?......or on the other hand will AOL try to settle the lawsuit outside the Court? If AOL desire to wait for Judge decision, how long will take?, weeks.....months.......years........? Mitchell told us he was going to call the Court Clerk on Thursday or Friday (I think), but seams that Mitchell so far has nothing new to report back to us. Well, anyway the 28th is just few days away. Elio
