Ok, I see the problem now - it's P*. I use @Home and zip around with ease. I feel sorry for anyone who has to use the telephone lines for internet access.

Have you ever printed IRS forms off their website? It works like a charm except for one form that keeps bombing out on me: Form 1041-T. If you use this service, would you check and see if you can print that form? I suspect it's the IRS's problem. Here's the url to the IRS forms web site: irs.ustreas.gov

Looks like P* Classic has a "little" Y2K problem:
