Staff Time Projections for Week of Feb 1-5 MiddleTine off: Oct Low Spread -- Nov-H/Dec-L DJIA.....2nd T S&P5.....3rd W OEX......3rd W BNK......3rd W printed proj ~~~~~~~~~~~ NAS......12th F NDX......12th F TRAN.....16th T eyeball proj *************************************************** Time Projections -- Middle Tine off: Dec Low Spread: Jan-H/Jan-L BNK......4th Th DJIA.....5th F OEX......5th F NDX......5th F TRAN... .5th F S&P5.... 8th M UTIL.....8th M NASc....9th T *************************************************** Note: 1) The Sept-Oct bottom and Greenspan's rate cut -- combined with the Spread thru Dec created a convergence for many Index time-proj into this week. 2) These time projections extended-out over months....something that I've never seen. 3) Therefore I will be watching this week with great interest....there are other factors as noted at the end. 4) The only recent projection DJIA -- 27th Jan off Nov-H created price move of 326pts the largest swing in a week that was filled with 250pt swings. It closed 124pts below previous day. 5) My expectations.....because of the number of seperate Index t-proj into one week (there are probably others) this window of probable movement when we look back, may become a Top or Bottom or the Base for the next leg going up or down within a markets progression. If Not atleast a week of some significant volitility.
