Starr Intervenes For the Prosecution

Independent counsel Kenneth W.
Starr, stepping into the middle of
President Clinton's impeachment trial,
went to federal court yesterday to try
to force former White House intern
Monica S. Lewinsky to talk with the
House Republican "managers"
prosecuting the case in the Senate.

Responding to a request for help from
lead prosecutor Henry J. Hyde (R-Ill.),
Starr asked a judge to force Lewinsky
to submit to an informal interview this
weekend as the Senate prepares to
consider whether to call witnesses or
end the trial. Through her lawyers,
Lewinsky is fighting all attempts to
debrief her without a Senate subpoena,
arguing that it would be wrong to help
either side.

We all agree that real information SHOULD be leaked before the Lie House tries to cover it up.

Daniel,

Ya know...I just don't know what goes
on in the mind of Bill Clinton. I think
that this page in history will keep the
"Psychobiographers" burning the midnight
oil for years to come.

If I can indulge you in a couple of
questions...

1) What do you think went through Bubba's
mind the night he found out Vincent Foster
had committed suicide?

2) How do you think he feels about Hillary?

3) Why does Bill Clinton keep Private Inves-
tigators like Jack Palladino, and Terry
Lenzner on his payroll?

4) Why did Bill Clinton ask Monica Lewinsky
to "see his private office" which was actually
the office of George Stephanopolis?

5) Here is a question many in Congress would
like to ask Bill Clinton: Why did he call his
Secretary Betty Currie into work on the Sunday
after his Paula Jones depostition? What did
he mean when he made the statements:

a) We were never alone together, right?

b) You (Ms. Currie) were always around when
we were together, right?

c) Monica came on to me, but I didn't want
to have anything to do with her because it
would be wrong, right?

In his Grand Jury deposition, Clinton was
asked why he made those statements. His
answer: "I was trying to refresh my memory
of the facts...". Do you believe him? I
don't. I think he was placing false state-
ments into the mind of Ms. Currie because
he knew that she was going to be a witness
before the Grand Jury and he thought that
she would repeat those false statements and
back up his story that his relationship with
Monica Lewinsky was "appropriate".

BTW Daniel, have you considered working for
the Whitehouse? You are very good at putting
out the spin...they pay about $100,000.00 a
year for that kind of help.
