Sounds good to me, Denison!

From a recent financial report:

>>LUMBER: A surprisingly strong U.S. housing report helped to send Chicago Mercantile Exchange futures to their highest level in 16 months, analysts and traders said. U.S. housing starts hit an 11-year high in December, rising 3.5% in the month to an annual rate of 1.72 million units, the Commerce Department reported. Economists had expected a more modest rise of about 1%. The feverish pace of the U.S. housing market points to continued strong demand in a rapidly tightening lumber market, analysts said<<

This has to strengthen Madera's hand in selling its products.

Cheers!
Rick

Mr. Rudy Pitaluga, Director for Keyes
Company's International Division in South Florida,
stated that Keyes has received numerous inquiries from various international
companies interested in purchasing these properties.
There appears to be a good demand for land in these parts of the world
because it is expected to increase in value very rapidly in the coming years.

maybe somebody should try calling Keyes to see what types of international companies are looking into purchasing land down in the State of Amazonas in Brazil .
