Once again:

- Big move on high volume is bullish.
- Big move on very little volume is suspicious.

The smaller the float, the easier it is to move the price. The manipulators are well aware of this when they try to convince you what a good thing a 1-for-10 reverse-split is. They know that the stock will eventually approach pre-split levels, then it will take much less effort to move the price (did anyone else notice Tracer go up over 30% a couple of days ago on a grand total of TWO TRADES?). Then they pretend to be Joe Investor and start posting messages like "Hey, price is up! The insiders must know something we don't!" So naive investors start jumping on board further pumping up the price and the manipulators dump their shares at a hefty profit and the price crashes. Welcome to the world of penny stocks.

Can anyone propose anything of SUBSTANCE that would explain the recent move?
