APCO will do that to you if you try to trade it. It'll meander along, uneventfully when, out of the blue, it'll catch you flat-footed and take off. Not that APCO can't be traded, but more gains can be realized by parking some money in it when it is in an uptrend. True, there will be more and more resistance as APCO approaches its all time highs, but then volume will increase too. All APCO has to do is present some outstanding numbers and/or some fantastic news item(s) and the share price will shoot through $15 like a hot knife through butter. Provided the market doesn't move into a general correction, APCO will take out $15 in the not too distant future, IMO. APCO has been bucking the trend of the last few trading days. Could be people are realizing APCO is a little more safer right at this moment than some of those more highly inflated, speculative issues.
