No - it is a point of reference, indicating a lat and long location, for a group of drill holes perhaps 50 metres apart.

Reference point 220 for the historically challenged was the
first location found on August 11, 1988 by a prospecting party
from Uranerz Exploration and Mining Limited headed up by
Dr. Jiri(George)Strnad.

Ooops, I forgot to mention you add 105o of longitude to 53o of latitude to get 220 but then it is rather self-evident on the map. LOL.
