L.D., ya, nice pun, but an excellent message from Redeye. IMO, Redeye probably nailed this situation to the wall. This could be hardball negotiations, pure and simple, (and perhaps simple-minded). We could infer that the poster of 3002 doesn't have a strong position.

ROFLMAO ... WHEREAS, despite Sungold's receipt of those two letters and its numerous conversations with the Band and its representatives, Sungold has continued to mislead its stockholders and the public by giving them the impression that it has an on-going agreement with the Band pursuant to which it will finance and manage the Band's future gaming ventures, and WHEREAS, the Band has advised Sungold that it has no intention of doing business with Sungold in the future, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Match-E-Be-Nash-She-Wish Tribal Council, acting on behalf of the Match-E-Be-Nash-She-Wish Band of Pottawatomi Indians of Michigan, hereby gives notice to the public that it has terminated all business relationships with Sungold Gaming International effective November 30, 1998 and orders Sungold Gaming International to cease and desist misrepresenting its relationship with the Band. We all had our doubts about Sungold's management from time to time but anyone believing that management is stupid enough to open themselves up to shareholder's litigation by not disclosing such issues, is about as intelligent as the person who posted this notice. On another note, if this turns out to be the fake that I believe it is, I hereby publicly state that I will contribute Can $5,000.00 towards any future legal action against the person(s) behind this post! kidl
