DALLAS, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 22, 1999--CustomerONE Holding Corporation ("CustomerONE") announced today that it has been informed by American Securities Transfer & Trust Inc. ("AST&T"), the depositary in connection with CustomerONE's offer to purchase all of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of LCS Industries Inc. (NASDAQ:LCSI), that 3,553,319 shares of LCS, representing approximately 72.5% of the 4,898,447 issued and outstanding shares of LCS, had been validly tendered and not withdrawn in connection with the offer to purchase as of 3:30 p.m., New York City time on January 22, 1999. The tendered shares represent approximately 62.4% of the shares of LCS common stock on a fully-diluted basis. The offer is scheduled to expire at midnight, New York City time, on Friday, January 22, 1999.
