future sndk price will be due to future market potential for their technology/patents,*not* due to this quarter's results.

Every kind of information (video, sound, etc.) will go thru

1) digitalization (like CD, Digital video cameras etc.)
2) compression (like Minidisc, Digital Cameras, Digital TV, MP3 Music etc.)
3) "Solid statization" (i.e. no moving parts for the media)

we are now just seeing the beginning of "solidstatization"

Sandisk should be *the* winner in this sector.

I think same and more: every tech-stock has been doing this, rising lightspeed - independent any speculative reason or no reason.

So many co's in same situation, new money, no, new customers-no, and stock is rising, good rumors no,,.

If sndk goes higher it must even rest few weeks...

buy on the rumor, sell on the news...

What does everyone think?

I agree, but on the other hand good results and you could see a good gap up. To lock in some of the profits I sold 1/2 mine and will be hanging onto the rest for a long time. May buy back in if selling takes place. JoeC
