Hi Folks:

Not much humor in the industry these days. I'll attempt to lighten the thread:

A mine super was meeting with a geologist, an engineer and a geophysicist. They were reading a geological map on a light table. The super asked "what is the distance from the east boundary of the mineral claim to the western edge of the property's anomaly?".

The geologist pulled a tape measure from his hip pocket measured the distance and he proclaimed "it is about 2,000 meters from the boundary to the edge of the anomaly".

The engineer placed a slide ruler on the map and he announced "it is exactly 2,036.765 meters from the eastern claim boundary to the western edge of the anomaly".

The geophysicist looked at the super and asked "what distance would you like it to be?".
