Even though all this market cap talk might be correct on one level, at another level people are talking about the bottomline, while investigating this phenomenon ... and that is: "Who controls the small FLOAT?" ... thats it! I think all the small investors in internets are simply acting as puppets, dancing on the waxing-and-waning of the release of shares from the giant mutual funds etc. on a daily basis. And the supermen there, are simply enjoying the control of the strings in their hands, and watching LOLs from their offices, all the superficial rationalizations being put forward by 'street experts' about whether the caps are high/low, justified/unjustified etc. I do not know when the mega-outstanding shares will start dripping down the 'float-street' to make them dilute (and if it will ever). And that will be the event to watch, as then, the money-inflows would not be enough in strength to raise the prices to yield the 'true' market cap! Close-door shares are unnecessarily contributing to the multiplicant to yield the superficially astronomical product - the market cap and the multiplier (the stock price) is simply dangling like a hostage tethered to this small float. This is totally my theory and all imho. But this is the model I'm sticking to. Only time will tell if this is gonna be like the LTCM saga. But in the meanwhile, the masses are dancing to the tunes! Just remember, you heard it here first! :-)

regards to all,
