Now we're all going to really see the damage that Bill Gates' testimony has done to Microsoft's case. Correct me if I'm wrong, Gerald, but Jackson gets to decide who's telling the truth and who's lying. So Maritz's claim that he never said "cut off air supply" will not be believed. My guess is that Boies is going to go over lots of email between Gates and Maritz and ask Maritz "Did Gates understand your email when you sent it to him?" and stuff like that. If Maritz says yes, well, then Gates looks even worse. If Maritz says no, then there goes his testimony.
