So a fake-out is not a positive move upwards? It just looks like the market is going up?

Now what is a BK?

I'll find some more jokes for U if U answer my questions.

:D

The fake-out would be a strong move up starting, say Tuesday, into the beginning of Feb AN THEN
the BK???

This has been my scenario for a while. My weekly SPX indicator hasn't shown a top yet. It picked week of Jul 17 top and Aug 31 bottoms pretty nicely and nothing strong since. Before Jul I admit it was more difficult to interpret but it tends to show turning points where there are none and instead very strong trends rather than not showing turning points where there are. So it tends to get you out or in too early just when things are actually exploding. Therefore needs to be viewed in line with other indicators obviously. But it tends so far on individual stocks as well (daily as well) to not get you out too late.
