They way I understand it, Liberty Capital is off of this deal. I don't think you are going to get much out of them. There hasn't been an official announcement as to whether NBMX has broken the relationship off or not, but I am pretty sure it has happened. jhild must be happy about that. he and many others didn't seem too fond of them in the first place. The company looks to be going through a re-grouping or re-structuring phase. Being fully reporting will help but only after they figure out how to be an effective public company. I am looking for some good things to happen soon.
