bruce,
as a high pole-low pole expert---what are te ramifications of a low pole-- immediately followed by a high pole---ex. avp

i seem to be all of a sudden putting alot of weight on "poles"--as i've said before-it is my opinion from looking at alot of charts that a low pole is more indicative of a stock that will go up than a high pole is of predicting a lower price--do you think that the bullish percent has anything to do with this--

thanks

stuart
