AT&T has talked to MSFT about buying MSN's dialup service and ATHM has been talking to AT&T about buying WorldNet. Nobody seems to have commented yet on what happens if you put these two news reports together: ATHM could conceivably add MSN's 2 million+ and AT&T's 2 million+ distinct users to ATHM's subscriber rolls. Together, this would make a third of AOL's numbers right there. Here's an article on AT&T and MSN: idg.net
