Barron's rountable discussion

Samberg quote
I have no
problem owning a Dell. I mean, [Legg Mason Value Trust portfolio manager]
Bill Miller and I are the only two value investors left in America who do well
every year -- because we think AOL and Dell are value stocks. So I am not
going to make any apologies for where the techs sell.

I truly appreciate your response. Please correct me if I am wrong, but it seems that the Max Pain Point would be the optimum point to sell puts to open. For instance, if the Max-Pain Point for Dell in February is 70 then an options trader should feel fairly comfortable selling Feb 70 puts to open, no? Please advise.
