Thanks for the compliment! I have been an investment banker all my life (adult life that is), and one of my re-occurring pet peeves has been the lack of communication between public companies and the shareholders and investment community as a whole. 1st Net was born out of a service to inform shareholders and utilize the net as a tool to disseminate information in a cost effect manner. Time permitting my whole team will use this thread as a means to answer questions and inform potential investors. We have never done a reverse split. But I do appreciate you noting that our market cap is not out of line and in the light of our new technology is very under capitalized. I pride my self in corporate structure. I have been involved in hundreds of ipo's, mergers, and acquisitions, and have be in corporate finance most of my career. I have went out of my way to capitalize 1st Net properly so when we need to go to Wall Street for some real money we would not have to do a reverse split or re-capitalize the company. By the way we are currently positioning our self for a major financing to take place sometime 2-3 quarter of this calendar year. Currently we are not a fully reporting company, but will be filing a form 10 to become reporting in the next 60 days.
