We are all disappointed. Let's not forget the size of JT's personal position along with the rest of the company officers. Just because he has taken the company out of play does not mean that another company cannot make an offer. I believe that the management of this company is excellent and that a hostile takeover would not benefit the buyer. Unpleasant announcements come out on Fridays so that the circulation is not as good. More sober reflection will occur. Disappointment? Yes! Long term price of $50.00 plus will still happen. Other would be partners and/or buyers don't have any other place to go. Don't forget the following: Fidelity, Soros, Wisconsin Pension,Current buy recommendations (Otis Bradley), $455million in annualized sales, Insider buying, Research expansion, Key new experienced people, etc. etc. Personally I do not feel that this delay is anything more than just that. A delay. I suggest that we all stop focusing on the buy in/out and settle back until management gets what it feels we are worth. Stay the course. Good luck to all!
