HUNTSVILLE, Ala., Jan. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Gerald G. Watson has resigned as president of Teledyne-Commodore LLC to become director of the newly created Auburn Institute, an organization engaged in domestic preparedness support and counter-terrorism, located at Ft. McClellan, Ala.

The announcement was made by Richard A. Holloway, board member of
Teledyne-Commodore LLC, who said that Watson will remain as an advisor
to the Teledyne-Commodore board. Dick Smith will continue to serve as
vice president of Teledyne-Commodore, according to Holloway.
William C. Burns has been named president of Teledyne-Commodore LLC, a
joint venture of Teledyne Environmental, Inc., and Commodore Applied
Technologies, Inc., formed to pursue the demilitarization of chemical
weapons on a worldwide basis.
