And now my free advice to our basher buddies. First, I am not your lawyer, so this is given for informational purposes only. But my first advice is GET A LAWYER! Every one of you who so much as refers a friend to the basher site and talks maliciously of the company is exposed. These sites have tons of information about who visits. All of your messages to your friends can be encrypted and stored somewhere. Nothing is truly hidden. Given that mr. basher even has a head count on the site, it may be shown that the site has caused damage to the stock price and the company. Perhaps you could consider buying about 20 million shares, thus beating any argument that you were out to hurt the company. That would be my advice. But then again, if you had that kind of money, you would not be stupid enough to do what you did. Oh well, thought it was a good way of boosting the price. Farewell my friend, your life will change soon, but in the opposite direction from which you hoped, I am sure!
