to it.
I'm not necessarily looking for a positive "spin" on the company,
but I have been certainly beel looking for posts that elaborate
on Ericsson is all about.

Ericsson has certainly been reorganizing, and cutting jobs, and creating new and divisions with an eye toward the future.
I understand that these job cuts have not been without "pain".
