A friend if mine married a girl from Brazil and she is currently
there with her family and he is here in philly trying to sell his
house so they can both move there for good, He bought a piece of
property on a beach that is an average lot size, not even an half
acre, and it cost around $5,000.

Rick Im saying with anything that involves lawyers usually takes awhile .Not implying anything to Brazil Legal system at all and yes the United States Legal system is the worst of them all I agree 100%.
