About the time the bondholders realize this, they'll start thinking along the same lines that most "offshore investors" think when someone rips them off. Hint: it doesn't involve lawyers.

This is when Bezos and the other insiders quietly sneak out of the country and go anywhere OTHER than central america. :)

I'm just guessing central america, of course, we dont have any proof WHO bought those junk bonds in the offshore offering. Perhaps MSDW would like to share that info? I mean, doesnt it seem the slightest bit strange to have a 20 billion dollar company all over CNBC, and yet the source of their current working cash is a complete mystery?
