I think that although Madison does not deal directly with the Y2K problem I think indirectly they may benefit since military, business....would want to make sure that their security against hackers would work as the year 2000 approaches, they would not want their castle doors to be wide open when the year 2000 hits.

I myself am not convinced of the great severity of the problem(have not built a shelter yet and are not planning to move to the mountains, pacific islands maybe) but if others fear it then they would want a defense system to work that day,week, year.. even if other parts have problems which they can solve over time.
