re(2): Intel, Security on a Chip

And, if we have no relation whatsoever to Intel at this point, then now is the time that to blast out major press releases stating why Embassy is the best, most private and robust solution out there. And of course in those releases, we'll extend a hand to help Intel and anyone else in their efforts.

I can see it in bold letters now,
"Embassy, we'll keep your stuff in the vault"

Lee, Mass: are you listening? <g>

I would be very surprised if there is a connection between Wave and Intel. (As far as I can see) the trouble with Wave is the proprietary nature of the technology. The company would have to become the standard to succeed, which could prove to be an exceedingly difficult task in light of the heated competition for this market. Eventually, Intel will likely incorporate various security features onto the motherboard (beyond serial ID), but I don't think we will see a comprehensive e-Commerce chip from them. In addition, PKI (public key infrastructure) is fast becoming the next big movement in the security industry. If PKI and IPsec (VPNs) pave the way for the secured future, where does this leave WAVX???
