I thought they were rumored to be interested in MSN internet access.
These were the rumors reported when they met Microsoft's Gates at
his home last fall.
I wonder if they still plan on acquiring Microsoft's phone access
service.

After the vote by the shareholders on Feb 17 and the merger is approved and once the date of record is determined, the math is as follows: number of TCI shares X .7752 will equal the number of ATT shares you will own. ATT has announced a 3/2 split after the merger and conversion of shares.
