Hi Susan,

I follow DCTM very closely, two years ago we have some situation like
today:

quote.yahoo.com

so my best guest is to buy this on the upswing. I would monitor the
open, the ask/bid and the volume on Monday, if monday market is
a normal day...not affected by the international and national turmoil.

If it is then i would go on Tuesday....

But technically this is a good pick: all we need to pick is the entry
point...If you remember INTC and MSFT always remind investors and
analysts that the next quarter might NOt as rosy the cuurent one.
The investors usually do NOT take this seriously with MSFT and INTC but they did with DCTM and especially with the warning from RObtrs
Spthns...
I look further into the analysis of Merrill and here is what they said:

<<<< We have set a new 12 to 18 month price objective on DCTM of $38
which results in a 35X P/E off of new FY 99 EPS estimates of
$1.09, in line with five year rate of 35%.

....DCTM remains at the center of what we believe is a high
growth market,Enterprise Information Portals, and the company's
technology, customer, partner base and management are solid,
long term investments.
... >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

BTW, institution owns 70.5% of DCTM. A company with 35% growth is
quite good one...
Merrill has a 28 page report on DCTM and it gives DCTM a very
favorable outlook for the high growth enterprise document management
market: $1.65 billions in 1999, +35% growth
$2.80------------ 2000, +42% growth
$4.20-------------2004, +41% growth.

Notes: I sold my position of DCTM in April 98 around $50 -- and
bought last Friday a couple of hundred shares.

<<off topic>> Kha, I reached out to Professor Niman to be our biotech/drug expert, thanks for the tip and lets keep our fingers crossed. Looks like he might know a tad more about the sector than I do (lol)
