I'm voting NO on the options this year. Last year it was an issue and we, as best I remember, knew it was dilutive but felt mgt deserved our vote of approval. In turn we were PROMISED a beefing of PR from the sense of realizing and maintaining shareholder value. Now several have sold a considerable amount of shares and want more at premium prices while we watch our value go down. NOT!!!!!!! The reasons were to buy homes, emergency illness and so on were fine with me then but this is now and I want something in return for last year. I totally agree with Captain Jack that the message is to tie any options to an increase in share value. It's too late this year and who knows who plans to stick it out longer but what if we threatened to formally organize (eg. an investment club), commit our holdings on a percentage basis and make it known that we would demand a seat on the Board. If we really represent all those shares indicated the past couple of days, why not? Sound crazy? You bet. Is it probable? Well, more than doubtful but who knows that TAVA mgt might not think we're just crazy enough to try. Class act or not, don't you think JJ blames us for being blind-sided on the CNBC interview? Guess I've read too many DS posts...............vpelt
