Hello AMF, Always entertaining to have you amongst us. You made a couple of "interesting" points in your post which I am sure you wouldn't mind clarifying for me: I would, however, like to see Hart face legal charges for past and present actions. A touch more detail would be helpful. What actions are you referring to? An immediate and vigorous denial would have been the only acceptable - and honorable - response from Sungold. A response to what, to whom and why? Responding to 3002 would be just like responding to one of your posts and you surely wouldn't expect them to do that or would you? As for posters huffing and puffing about the bad manners of the Band to post this info. on SI on a Friday - wake up! What better place to communicate---they need to contain their liability, as well. What liability? If it was the Band posting (which at this point is unknown / doubtful), why would they want to contain a liability they don't have. Last I checked, it was the public company's legal obligation to keep shareholders informed and not the obligation of those they are negotiating or doing business with.
