Tomato Man,

You said:

<<To make a long story short, they are sharpening their swords and getting ready to slaughter USAT.>>

USAT is a OTC:BB and can not be shorted in the US... only by Market
Makers. So how would this slaughter take place? If the MMs try and
do it the SEC might have some hard questions for them?!?

Anyway.... USAT is still a customer and FTEL already has the order no matter what their share price is. Also, FNet's revs are not based 100% on USAT.

Good question though but I think it's a non event... open to ideas.

Hey Matoe Man,There is not really enough shares out to do a lot of damage to USAT,you have to hold them in an out of country account and they also have to be registered to the owner,no borrowed stocks.
This shows what some really know about the so called shorts don't they, but spreading the fear of any false or misleading negative hype could cause some panic among investors who really are a bunch of wihinning wimps anyway, does it not.Besides you never know who is really watching do you??

Most companies that do bottomless convertibles sell for under $5 but i have followed on that did it and the price went from over $7 to about a quarter and the people that bought the preferred ended up owning 72% of the company after about a year.
