Dick,

Were those exercised options, and then a sell of that stock. I notice that in the past two months he has exercised options in the $2.00 - $4.00 range and then actually sold the stock that was exercised. That does not bother me at all. That is a form of his compensation, that many executives and even employees of corporations get. More than likely based on the performance of the company and possible stock price. That to me shows he is doing his job and hitting company targets and an incentive to buy and not sell (JMHO).

IMHO, this retreat in price was an over reaction to the GA/WWF deal. Maybe this will lead to some legal action that will drain some $$ away from the real company focus. THQI has cash in the bank, and if they percieve it as a contract violation they will persue it.

As for the Sr. VP selling 50K shares: Who knows what he will do with the dough. 50K * $26 = $1.3M. Maybe he is buying that dream house in sunny and expensive CA? Maybe that boat to cruise around in? The sale may have been preplanned and just happened the day the stock dropped.

Long on THQI
