Dan- During the lunch break I heard a lawyer's interpretation
of Starr's actions demonstrates the unconstitutional nature
of the Independent Counsel Act. Here you have a lower court
judge determining the course of the trial while her boss
the Chief Justice sits holding his gavel presiding over the
trial.
