Manipulation includes, but is not limited, to posters on chat threads who have an interest in a stock and issue statements they know to be false in order to influence the stock price. I believe, in fact, that a careful study would show that supporters of a stock generally annotate their comments with "IMO" or "IMHO," whereas detractors rarely do that, thus giving them the mantle of "fact." That's what the SEC is investigating as we speak. As to issuing PRs and then correcting them, I think in the case you are referring to it was more a matter of disorganization than anything else. Can you prove otherwise?

Mr. McGinnis- one question for you.... Are you stating to this thread that you know that Mr. Chin and DGIV have intentionally tried to manipulate the stock price of DGIV by issuing deceptive press releases that cause the share price to rise and follow up with corrections to the original press release, to keep the SEC happy? That is what you implied in your last post. Or is this another case of Mr. McGinnis saying something just to upset the DGIV longs on this thread and when you are confronted, you will change your story by saying "I have the right to change my mind"???
