Dont forget, the Lundins have a portfolio of "SHELL CO.", listed on various "EXCHANGES" throughout the "WORLD"! As ARP proves to be the "GEM", most of us on this forum "BELIEVE", all they have to do, is piece off, a percentage of the acreage, to the shell Co. in question.
eg, 1000 acres JV costs you 5 million dollars downpayment, plus the
junior spends 100% of the cost of drilling to earn, say 35 to 40% of
the pie, plus, plus plus. Dont think Corriente or PFG, wouldnt want
to partcipate in this deal if they had the chance. As the value of ARP shares escalate on the "DRILL RESULTS", you may Find that $5 per
share is a cheap price to pay for a "SHOT AT GOLGONDA"! REMEMBER,
there are "HUNDREDS OF COMPANYS WILLING TO BE A PART OF THIS PLAY",
unfortunately for them, ARP owns "ALL OF THE ADJOINING PROPERTY"!
