Sotherby's claims to be spending about 25 mill to get the web site up and running. Look for it to take them 6 to 9 months.. then look for the site not to work! Sorry but I have some personal history with the management of BID (ask them where their annual price guide is.. I own the first and only edition). BearDown Sir you are a gentleman and I commend you on your hard work and DD but as you say "the way I figure it" allow for the fact that your figures are total speculation as no one on the outside knows for sure. There are many ways to buy a company for cash and stock and many more reasons to convert an auction company equity into a marketable equity. So basically we are both operating with nothing but WAGs for sure. In summary then I like what I see and you don't like what you read. OK! Other than that how do you like the company? John
