bull-market.com suggested 2nd DBCC [February] IPO?: IFN.com

Internet Financial Network "...IFN is a private company principally owned by Data Broadcasting Corporation, the world's leading real-time market data provider to individual investors, and by The Travelers Group, a leading provider of financial services and the parent company of Salomon Smith Barney and Primerica..." source: ifn.com

IFNs InfoGate "...Download InfoGate today to see how Wall Street Professionals, Attorneys, and Corporate America will collect news and information during the next decade. Whether you want analyst recommendations, insider trading activity, earnings announcements, or industry and company research reports - InfoGate delivers just the information you want - in real-time..." source: ifn.com

...given the owners of this deal it simply does not make sense for CitiGroup not to be the obvious acquiror of DBCC...Hirschfield and Tessler and the rest of this aging entrenched Board simply must put DBCC in play if they wish to maximize/realize shareholder value i.e. reap the fruits of their investment and simply minimize their retirement funds' market risk...will Hirschfield, Tessler et al wait it out and hope the economy/Dow/NASDAQ remain bullish AND Internet's remain tulip's AND the street remains BULLish on the financial sector or will they IPO ifn.com and then put DBCC in play all in the short-term?...we're betting on Hirschfield and Tessler's giant ego's and wanting to be like Mike...Jordan...or they simply will be putting this crown-jewel at huge risk of failing to ever maximizing shareholder value.
