Comparisons of SWS to EGRP, DLJ & AMTD:

P/S EGRP=13.2, AMTD=9.47, DLJ=1.12, SWS=1
P/E EGRP= N/A, AMTD=10700? should be 5350, DLJ=15.67, SWS=14.52
P/B EGRP=6.7, AMTD=18.36, DLJ=2.37, SWS=2.11

SWS has a technologically superior trading system called SIS, that is the legacy of a project taken on by several brokerage firms years ago called Comprehensive Software Systems. Most firms bailed out, but SWS pumped money and developers into it, and is now reaping the benefits.

SWS gives this technology away to it's contract brokers and correspondent broker network.

The sum of these channels, plus their retail channel "mydiscountbroker.com" adds up to 100k/day on the internet. This is more than 3 times ETrade & other internet brokers.

In addition a low P/E, and $2.10/share earnings makes this an easy decision.
