Hi Gianelda It would appear that the VSE have washed their hands of the affair and have passed on their findings to the regulatory authorities in the hope that they will take whatever action is necessary ,our job should be to pressure the new board into taking out proceedings against the old board for amonst other things , I quote the VSE release of July 20th 1998, innapropriate use of company proceeds, I would suggest that the new board are duty bound to pursue them regards John
